Ingredients You Need

This easy creamy pumpkin porridge is made with a few simple ingredients, and fun toppings. Switch up the flavours as you wish!

  • Porridge oats
  • Banana: Mashed.
  • Pumpkin Purée: Homemade or canned.
  • Dried fruit: Raisins or cranberries.
  • Plant milk: Oat milk makes a creamy thick porridge.
  • Vanilla extract

Toppings:

  1. Apples
  2. Pomegranate seeds
  3. Pumpkin seeds
  4. Shredded coconut

How To Make Pumpkin Porridge

  1. Add all the ingredients to a saucepan, and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.

  2. Once it begins to bubble, turn the heat down to low, and cook for 7-10 minutes – stirring frequently – until oats are thickened and you reach desired texture.

  3. Remove from heat. Pour into a bowl, and add your favourite toppings!
