I tried Waseem’s awameh recipe and wow!! They were perfectly crispy on the outside and deliciously sweet on the inside. The recipe was easy to follow, the whole family loved them! Will definitely be making them again!


I bought demeals e-book and must say I absolutely love it!

I did the Flipped Palestinian rice dish and it was extremely easy to follow. I did a twist to it by adding meat, and I must say it worked beautifully.

I recommend this 10/10!! Easy to follow


The recipes in this book reminds me of the food I grew up eating. I made the fuul mdammes and Mtabbal and they both tasted just like back home ! Great to find a place for vegan Middle eastern food!


I make the Mujadara recipe on repeat for my family and we all love it. For such a simple dish, it brings out a lot of flavor!
