Banana Apple Oatmeal

1/2 banana, mashed
1/8 cup apple sauce
2/3 cup plant milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract, optional
1/2 cup quick oats
- Toppings
Peanut butter
Banana
Blackberries
Pumpkin seeds
Raisins
Shredded coconut
Directions
- Mash the banana in a microwave-
safe dish. Add the rest of the
ingredients, except oats. Whisk it up. - Add in the oats. Fold everything
to combine. Then microwave for
2 minutes. Stopping at the first
minute to check. - Remove, and add your favourite
toppings. Starting with nut butter
to melt first.
