Want to learn how to make Palestine’s popular dish and dessert with a plant-based twist?
In this cooking class, I will be sharing an easy spin on the classic Musakhan recipe, made in pastry dough for party-size bites instead of the traditional meal that uses Taboon Bread; along with Knafeh.
Here is what you’ll need to prep ahead of the class:

- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sumac (available at Middle Eastern stores)
