Here is what you’ll need to prep ahead of the class:

  • TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein)
  • Extra firm tofu
  • Ground flax seeds
  • Parsley
  • Seven spices (available at Middle Eastern stores)
  • Ground cardamom
  • All-purpose flour
  • Tahini
  • Lemon (or lemon juice)
  • Potatoes
  • Dairy-free butter
  • Powdered sugar
  • Rosewater
  • Pistachios

Equipment & Tools

  • Food processor
  • Oven
  • Air fryer (if available)
  • Cookie sheet-pan

Note: the most essential ingredients and equipment are listed. However, it is expected that each person has common items available in the kitchen already (example: salt and pepper, oil, knife and cutting board, cooking pan, etc.)
