Here is what you’ll need to prep ahead of the class:
Ingredients
- Green/Brown lentils
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Cilantro
- Lemon (or lemon juice)
- Pomegranate molasses
- Cumin
- Pita
- Pomegranates
- Short-grain rice
- Plant milk (preferably Oat)
- Firm tofu
- Cornstarch
- Mastic (available at Middle Eastern stores)
- Rosewater
- Pistachios (for garnish)
Equipment & Tools
- Food processor (or blender)
Note: the most essential ingredients and equipment are listed. However, it is expected that each person has common items available in the kitchen already (example: salt and pepper, oil, sugar, knife and cutting board, cooking pan, etc.)
